You can book you stay with us directly online; alternatively you can send a request via e-mail: we shall reply as soon as possible.
Following the request, you will be sent a free quotation for your stay and a deadline for confirmation of the same. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication.
If this offer is to your liking, we will ask you to provide us with the details of a valid credit card -card number and expiry date- as a guarantee of your reservation (we do not accept American Express and Diners). In case the provided deadline for the quotation was not to be sufficient, you can request an extension of the latter (subject to availability.
In the case of a non-refundable offer, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Booking modification Any changes to the reservation will be subject to the terms, conditions and prices available at the time.
CHECK-IN
From 14:00 to 23:00. Upon requests we will try to accommodate the chek-in time to meet your specific needs.
Upon arrival at the Pensione it is mandatory to present an ID (passport, identity card or driving license) for each guest, including children under 18.
CHECK-OUT
From 8:00 to 10:30.
Late check-out is possible by 1:00 pm, paying a supplement rate of € 30.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation The reservation can be canceled within 2 days prior to the arrival date without incurring in any penalty. In case of cancellation after the aforementioned terms, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Early departure In case of interruption of the stay, the full amount of your reservation will be charged upon departure.
No show The non-arrival of the customer involves the penalty of “no show”: the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card given to guarantee the reservation.
CHILDREN
Children up to 4 years do not pay.
Up to 10 years, if sleeping in the room with their parents, children pay 20 euros with half-board treatment, 5 euros with breakfast alone.
ANIMALS
Animals are welcome free of charge as long as they always remain under the supervision of the owner.
